KayWayLashes is run by CEO Kayla Leeheung and works out of Indian Head on a military installation, so clients need a valid photo ID or driver's license to be escorted on base. The studio says its mission is to give clients good service in a comforting environment.

The lash menu runs from a Classic Set at $100, which pairs one false lash with one natural lash for added thickness and length in a natural style, to a Hybrid Set at $120 that mixes volume fans with classic lashes for a more noticeable look that stays short of extreme. The Volume Set at $130 places one fan on each natural lash for a fuller look, and the Mega Volume Set at $140 uses as many fans as possible per natural lash for a dramatic, full result. Set appointments run about 130 to 140 minutes. Lash fills, priced according to the work needed and taking about 90 minutes, are recommended every two to three weeks.

A Lashes and Makeup Deal at $150 gives clients a full set of lashes in the style of their choice along with a full glam makeup look. A complimentary lash bath is included with every service.

Booking requires a deposit: $25 for a set, $20 for a lash fill, and $10 for the Lashes and Makeup Deal. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment, so clients should bring exact change. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Lash fills can be booked by texting a photo of the lashes.

Clients should arrive with clean lashes, free of strips, mascara, eye makeup and buildup, or an extra fee may apply. Guests are not allowed at appointments. The studio does not work over other lash work: existing extensions are removed at no charge and the client pays for a full set. Refunds are not given, but clients who are unhappy with their lashes have 48 hours to say so and will be corrected at no extra charge.

Late arrivals should be communicated to the studio. Arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and carries a late fee, which must be paid before future bookings. Cancellations carry a 20% fee, so clients should give notice as soon as possible to reschedule. Business hours are Saturday 7:30 AM to 12 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM, with the studio closed Monday through Friday.
