New clients booking a Volume, Mega Vol, Hybrid, Animeset, Wetset or Mini Fill appointment pay a $10 deposit. Clients are asked not to wear mascara, concealer or contacts to their visit. Five minutes of grace time applies to late arrivals without a late fee, but an appointment is canceled automatically if the client is six or more minutes late. Same-day cancellations are charged in full, cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the service, and no-shows are charged the full service to the card on file. Clients with unpaid cancellation fees cannot rebook until those are settled. No refunds are offered; if a client is not happy with the work, the studio will correct it.
