Appointments are available Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. A consultation is free and takes about 10 minutes, which is a useful first step before a larger color service.

If a client cannot attend, the studio asks them to get in touch as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled. A 50% cancellation fee applies.
