Services are organized around full sets and fills. A full set is the first application, and clients choose a style: classic, which places one extension on each natural lash for a full but natural look; hybrid, which blends classic and volume techniques; volume, which attaches several fine fans to a single natural lash for more fullness; wispy, which gives an airy, feathered finish and works best when clients bring inspiration photos; anime, which uses pointed clusters for an open, spiked look and suits clients with many natural lashes; and mocha, which uses deep brown extensions as a softer alternative to black. Full sets take about two hours, or about two hours and fifteen minutes for hybrid, volume, anime, wispy and mocha styles.
Fills keep the set maintained and are booked one to three weeks after a full set or a previous fill. A fill is only offered when at least 40 percent of the lashes remain on the lash line; below that point the client may be charged for a full set instead. Fills take about an hour and a half for two-week timing and about an hour and three-quarters for three-week timing, and they are priced by style and interval.
Lash removal takes about thirty minutes. A solvent loosens the adhesive, and the lashes are then cleansed to clear any residue. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, free of eye makeup, and to avoid caffeine on the day of the appointment. Restroom and stretch breaks are available during longer services on request.
