Locs and retwists are central to the menu. Starter locs, instant locs, loc extensions, loc reattachment and single-loc repair are all offered, along with several retwist options that can include shampoo, styling or a haircut. Wicks are a longer process that begins with a consultation, and a second consult is held at the start of service. Combining locs into wicks is scheduled in the morning only, is not open to children, and starts at $500 depending on the individual and the number of wicks.

Booking follows set rules. Consultations are held Monday through Thursday as a separate 30-minute visit. Locs and wicks services require a deposit that is applied to the balance but is kept if a client cancels or does not show. Basic retwists need a $30 deposit. One reschedule is allowed on the same deposit, and clients who arrive 15 to 20 minutes late must reschedule. Add-ons have to be chosen when booking, and all sales are final.
