The owner, Shandon Kaye, entered the beauty industry in 2010 as a licensed cosmetologist and later pursued training to become a certified lash artist as that part of the industry expanded. Most of that hands-on experience came at a local brow and lash bar.
Services fall into brow, lash and waxing groups. Volume lash extensions use a customized fan applied to each natural lash to add length, curl, fullness and thickness, with a maintenance visit about every two weeks. Lash lifts give a lifted, curled look, similar to a perm for lashes, and a tint can be added for definition. Brow lamination smooths brows and makes them easier to manage, leaving them looking fuller, thicker and fluffier.
Aftercare instructions are given for brow lamination, lash lifts, lash extensions and brow tints, covering keeping treatments dry, avoiding heat and steam, and what to skip for the first day or two. Changes to an appointment need a direct call to the salon. Rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead avoids a fee, cancelling less than 24 hours out is charged at half the service cost, and same-day changes are charged the full booked service. Gift cards are sold online in $50, $95 and $100 amounts.
Lash extensions are customized to each natural lash, and treatments come with specific aftercare guidance for the days after the appointment.
