Lace work includes traditional bonds, closure and frontal bonds, full, frontal and closure lace installs, 360 lace installs, coloring of extensions and units, and touch-ups or reinstalls when lace lifts or a wig shifts. Lace has to be HD or transparent for most installs and must be no darker than the client's skin tone. The studio recommends buying lace from Ultimate Hair Express. Clients bring a nude or tan cap, depending on the service. The stylist does not work over hair someone else installed, though used units are accepted for some services when the stylist installed them previously.

Natural hair services include wash and set, trims, silk presses done with a hot comb and flat iron, and braid downs with or without a leave-out. Ponytails, frontal ponytails and updos are offered as well, along with traditional, closure and frontal sew-ins. Standard styling on installs is a basic middle or side part, and extra styling is an add-on.

Unit drop-off is on Wednesdays during business hours, and every lace unit, including frontals, closures and wigs, must be dropped off before the appointment. A same-day fee of $35 applies when a unit has not been dropped off. A $30 deposit secures the appointment and goes toward the service, and the balance is paid in cash. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours ahead; no-calls, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged half the service price. Extra people are not allowed at appointments, and the address is sent 24 hours before the visit. Clients in a rush are asked not to book, since services take the time they need.
