Treatments such as LED therapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and microneedling are offered as separate 60-minute services, and microneedling can be booked as a three-session package at 15% off.
Booking is handled with a $25 deposit for facial and treatment services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Booking fees and services are non-refundable. Appointments can be moved or canceled up to 24 hours ahead; cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
The business is open Monday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Some treatments have preparation guidelines and exclusions. Microneedling requires no signs of active acne or a compromised skin barrier, and the retinoid, waxing and sun-exposure guidance applies for the days before. Microdermabrasion is not recommended in certain cases, including recent retinoid use, a weakened skin barrier or prone to keloids, and LED treatment is not offered to people with photosensitive conditions, those on photosensitizing medication, or those with active skin cancer concerns or claustrophobia. Chemical peels are not offered to first-time clients.
Children are welcome through the Mini Me Glow Facial and the Mini and Me Facial, which is designed for one adult and one child aged 3 to 12. A child must be accompanied by an adult for the full visit. The Club K Facial is available to members only, and the business offers a VIP Membership that can be paired with add-ons.
Treatments are chosen to fit the skin, with some services, such as chemical peels, selected only after a skin analysis.
