Services are grouped into overlays, extensions, manicures, pedicures, kids services and nail art. Builder and hard gel overlays add strength and support to natural nails, and both come in short, medium or long lengths. Gel X extensions are pre-shaped to add length, while sculpted hard gel extensions are custom-built for added length and structure.

Nail art is offered at three levels. Simple designs use minimal details such as French tips, chrome, lines, dots or ombré. Moderate designs bring in several colors, patterns, florals and accents, and detailed designs include custom artwork, characters and 3D elements that take extra time. Pricing for highly detailed or custom work may vary with complexity. Clients can text a photo of their nail inspiration to get help choosing a service and nail art level.

Nails are shaped manually using tools that are sterilised between clients, and product choices take nail health into account.
