Services include feed-in braids, knotless braids, and men's and kids' style braids, along with locs, miracle knots for clients who bring their own hair, and ponytail and sew-in work.

Booking takes a non-refundable $32 deposit, and $30 of that is applied to the service total. The remaining balance is paid on arrival by cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Braiding hair is included in the service price.

Hair needs to arrive washed and detangled, without oils, creams, or leave-in conditioner. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, a $20 late fee starts at 16 minutes, and an appointment that is 30 or more minutes late is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.

A new deposit is needed before rebooking after a missed visit or a same-day change. Clients who fail to show up without calling may be asked to prepay the full amount for later appointments. Visits outside regular hours cost an extra $40. Same-day add-ons are charged $40 extra for adults and $20 extra for children, on top of the base service price. Making a booking signals acceptance of every posted policy.
