New clients start with a free color consultation of about 15 to 20 minutes, used to set color goals and to talk through hair health. Appointments are booked by service, and the listed time for each one runs from about 10 minutes for the gloss treatment to around 5 hours for the largest full highlight packages, so guests should plan their day around the service.

Hours are Tuesday 11 AM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit.
