Brow work is done at the studio. Every brow service includes brow mapping and threading. Lamination can be done with or without tint, and clients returning 3 to 4 weeks after a lamination can book a lower-cost maintenance visit. Brow threading and tinting can each be booked with a topical numbing cream, which is applied about 30 minutes before the service. For longer-lasting shape and color, the studio offers microblading, powder brows, combo brows and microshading, plus touch-ups on permanent makeup that is at least a year old. Microblading is not performed on clients who are pregnant or nursing, diabetic, have epilepsy, or have had a recent Accutane course, among other listed conditions.

Makeup appointments take about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes and include a full glam session, lash application and a touch-up kit. They can be done at the studio or at the client's location, with a travel fee quoted by address and charged once per booking. A hair and makeup package adds a hired hairstylist for hair, with availability that may vary. Makeup is booked for bridal, special event and photography clients, and an intake form is required. Groups of up to six can book, starting no earlier than 8:30 AM, and bookings can be made up to three months ahead, with a waitlist for later dates. Makeup trials are booked as a regular appointment rather than at a reduced rate.

The studio offers online makeup and brow courses with three months of access to videos, step-by-step instructions, product links and one-on-one virtual coaching, with a certificate on completion. In-person options include one-on-one makeup lessons, a personal use makeup lesson with a pre-consultation and product list, a brow mapping and lamination class, and a one-day makeup artist training.

Booking requires a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable, and the balance is due at the end of the appointment. Checks are not accepted. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and arriving later than that cancels the appointment without refund. No refunds or touch-ups are given once a client has left the appointment, and group size changes need at least 48 hours' notice. The studio describes its feel as fun and playful while staying professional.
