New clients fill out an online consultation form; weekday requests are answered within 48 hours, and weekend requests are answered on Monday. Color services range from an all-over color refresh and creative partial color to natural balayage and lightening for clients moving from darker to lighter shades. Haircuts begin with a consultation on face shape, hair type and style and finish with a shampoo and blowout. Extension appointments include a consultation, custom color matching, a conditioning treatment or bond multiplier, installation, a blended cut, styling and an aftercare kit, with pricing set by a custom quote. Lunch is provided on extension visits longer than six hours, and drinks and snacks are always available. Free Wi-Fi is offered, so clients can work or simply enjoy a quiet appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are charged half of the service total. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or be rescheduled. Re-do requests must be made within seven days, and refunds are not offered because of the artistic nature of the work.
