The business describes its philosophy as clinical judgment and restraint, with each plan built around the individual. Injectable consultations use a personalized method called Face Me, which looks at facial features as a whole. Guidance is candid: the team will recommend less treatment, a different treatment, or none at all when that serves the client better. Complimentary consultations cover injectables and fillers, and complimentary skincare and laser consultations are also offered. A paid Collaborative Assessment is available and is credited toward any later service.

Injectable services include BOTOX and Dysport neurotoxin treatments for wrinkles and fine lines. BOTOX Cosmetic is sold per unit with a 20-unit minimum, and per-unit pricing is given by the team on request. Treatments are generally spaced at least 90 days apart. Filler options include JUVEDERM, Restylane, VOLBELLA, VOLLURE, VOLUMA and VOLUX, as well as biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse and skin boosters such as SkinVive.

Facial and energy-based treatments include the DiamondGlow Facial, which uses a diamond-tip device and SkinMedica serums after a steam and cleanse; a 60-minute therapeutic version and a version with peel are offered. Microneedling options are SkinPen collagen induction, which uses Anteage growth factors, and radiofrequency microneedling with Sylfirm X. Sofwave ultrasound is used for skin tightening and body sculpting, priced per treatment area. Vitamin therapy wellness shots are also available.

Treatment planning emphasizes clinical judgment and restraint, tailored to each person, and the team will suggest less treatment, a different option, or none when that is the better choice.
