Kat's Klaws is a one-person nail business that Kat opened as a small business. The menu covers manicures and pedicures, Gel X extension sets, hard gel and builder gel overlays and fills, soak-offs, nail designs, color changes, paraffin additions and nail fixes. Manicures start at $40 and take about 45 minutes or more, while pedicures start at $60 and take about an hour or more. Gel X sets, hard gel overlays and fills take roughly an hour and a half, and builder gel services run from about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.
Appointments are booked online, since walk-ins are not accepted. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and is closed on weekends. Changes to an appointment must be requested before the client leaves the salon, and sales and gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead carry no penalty, while cancellations, reschedules or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the full booking price. If Kat has to cancel with less notice, the appointment is rebooked without penalty to the client, subject to availability, and a discount may be offered. A three-day grace period applies if a nail falls off or breaks.
