Kat's Hair Studio operates from Suite 108 at Phenix Salon Suites in Suwanee. The studio covers a broad range of hair work along with brow and lip waxing and brow tinting, and clients book their visits through the studio's GlossGenius booking page.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 PM to 9 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays.

Color is a major part of the menu. Options include foil highlights, a lower-commitment mini foil, balayage done open air or with foils for a lived-in, low-maintenance look, root touch-ups for gray coverage or maintenance, single-process all-over color, fashion shades such as reds, pinks and purples, and color correction. Fashion color and correction both begin with a consultation. Correction is priced by the hour and runs at least 3 hours in some cases, which requires a 50% deposit that goes toward the service. Additional color bowls beyond the base amount are $30 each.

Cancellation terms apply. The first last-minute cancellation is waived as a one-time courtesy. After that, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 35% of the total reserved cost, and no-shows are charged that fee before another appointment can be booked.
