Kashmir sells its own hair. The Luxe is a flat weft made from virgin Russian hair, and its price is set by length, color and rarity rather than a fixed rate. Kashmir Pro is the salon's professional line, developed in-house rather than picked from a catalog and relabeled. The salon says it is not a white-label line, that its hair is tested for predictability, longevity and customization, and that it does not switch suppliers without notice or change formulas between batches. Kashmir uses the term Russian Hair to describe where a ponytail came from, not a texture grade or quality tier.

Gray extension hair is another focus. The salon offers several gray blends built into a Genius Weft format, and it says the ponytails are sourced before market processing, with minimal treatment and preserved cuticles. For gray installs, the salon says it does not use razors, applies minimal texturizing, and relies on precision cutting.

A visit is booked in a three to four hour window that includes the cut and color. Booking starts with an application and consultation form, followed by a personal phone call. Extensions are placed without tape or glue. The salon states that its extensions last four to six months with proper care, and that removal takes about five minutes and is painless. Guests leave with a tailored aftercare plan and a complimentary take-home care package.

Every service is tailored to the individual: hair texture, density, previous color work, daily routine and what the client wants to achieve. Sourcing comes first, followed by staff training and methods that look after both the extensions and the client's own hair underneath.
