Each location is open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours ahead, and clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may lose their slot to the next customer, or the visit may be delayed or canceled. Facials are the core of the menu, priced from $60 for the Shahnaz Clean Up to $120 for the O3+ Bridal Facial, with options such as Neem, Chandan Kesar, Haldi Chandan and VLCC Insta Glow. Facial add-ons, including deep pore cleansing, galvanic treatment, high frequency treatment, and hand and feet massage, are $20 each. The Wolfe Road location says facials include a free five-minute full back massage. Waxing runs from regular service to a separate chocolate waxing category, and the salon offers threading, bleach, henna and a hair studio for cuts, color and treatments.
Bridal work is tailored to each client. The Bronze and Gold Bridal Packages are priced on request and include trials, facials, waxing or threading, a manicure and pedicure, and bridal makeup and hair on the wedding day. Bridal makeup, saree and hair styling, special occasion saree dressing and bridal mehndi designs are also available. Eyelash extensions and ear candling round out the menu.
