Much of the menu is device-based. icoone Laser MED, which the salon describes as using microstimulation with LED and laser light, is offered for the face, body and lifting, including female and male body sessions and a combined body and face session. INDIBA radiofrequency thermal treatments cover the face, body and hair and scalp. Other options include i-shape esthetic EMS sessions of 25 minutes, Ballancer Pro full-body pressotherapy, LED face and body light therapy, an LED Blanket for full-body relaxation, and Natura Bissé microcurrent facials.

The facial menu ranges from Vitamin C and Diamond White, a brightening option for hyperpigmentation and uneven tone, to Video Stabilizing for oily, problematic skin and 3D Collagen Shock, which uses collagen activation and contouring massage. The Inhibit Face-Lift facial is a 60-minute treatment with exfoliation, massage and a hyaluronic acid mask. Session lengths vary from about 50 minutes to two hours.

Bookings are made online with no prepayment; payment is due at the end of the appointment. An 18% service charge applies automatically to most services. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice carries a $100 fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full or deducted from a package. A $50 consultation is credited toward later purchases when booked within two weeks.

Beyond individual sessions, the salon offers packages, a pregnancy menu that includes icoone after the third month and a postpartum body treatment, and a men's facials and body menu. It also runs group skincare and make-up classes, private beauty events such as birthdays and bridal showers, and a Bridal and VIP menu on a separate booking page for AK aesthetic clients. Skincare products and gift cards are sold through an online shop.
