Every service begins with a consultation that looks at natural hair texture, bone structure and how the client usually wears their brows and lashes. Treatments are adjusted to the individual rather than run from a single template, with the aim of enhancing natural features instead of overpowering them. The studio uses gentle, carefully selected European products.

The space has comfortable recliner chairs, a calm atmosphere and premium drinks, and the studio describes it as a warm luxury studio.
