The studio books each client one-on-one and keeps appointments unhurried. Every nail set is built around the person wearing it. According to the salon, hygiene and safety take priority: tools are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized before each client, and products of high quality are chosen to protect natural nails. Guests are requested to show up roughly 10 minutes ahead to allow time for parking, and to phone the studio once they have arrived. In the parking structure, the first hour is complimentary, after which the charge is $1.50 for each 15-minute block. Free spaces can also be found in the surrounding shopping area and behind the structure.
Custom nail art is the studio's signature specialty, ranging from minimal and elegant designs to detailed, artistic and trend-driven sets. Services cover classic, Russian, gel, rubber base, hard gel and Gel-X manicures, classic, gel and Smart Technique pedicures, and add-ons such as chrome, ombre, cat eye, French, paraffin, 3D nail art, foil nail art, kids manicures and nail repair. Regular clients can benefit from the studio's visit rewards, including a surprise discount for first visits, a 50% discount on every fifth visit and a 50% birthday discount when the appointment falls on the client's birthday.
