Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Volume sets place 2 to 8 ultra light-weight extensions on each natural lash, and take about twice as long to apply as a classic set. A full application takes about 2 to 3 hours, depending on how full the natural lashes are. Removal takes about 30 minutes and uses an acetone-free adhesive remover. Every client is consulted before the first application.

The extensions are triple silk blended, which the business says are more flexible than plastic extensions. Both classic and volume applications use ProBond Extreme adhesive. The business says its adhesives are formulated in the USA and are formaldehyde-free, preservative-free and latex-free, and describes its products as the highest quality on the market. Lash products come from a manufacturer that private labels for many lash companies, and safety data sheets are available on request. The business describes its feathered look as an exclusive technique. It also notes that some clients develop an allergic reaction to cyanoacrylate adhesive, and that changing adhesive brands does not prevent it.

A $50 deposit is required to schedule, and it is applied to the service cost. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and the deposit is non-refundable after that point. Cancellations with less notice are charged 50% of the reserved service amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Appointments are confirmed by text before the date.
