The massage menu is the core of the business. The spa says its therapists are trained in more than a dozen massage styles, and it lists Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, hot oil, hot stone, sports, Tuina, aromatherapy, acupressure, Ashiatsu and CBD oil massage, plus prenatal massage from eight weeks of pregnancy. Ashiatsu has the therapist work along the back using overhead bars, and Tuina is done without oil or lotion. The spa says hot stone is its most popular modality. Single two-hour massages are listed from $150 to $165, and couples massages are performed side by side, with two-hour versions listed from $300 to $330. Double Indulgence uses two therapists at once. Tuina and acupressure are not recommended for guests who are new to massage, and Ashiatsu is not recommended for guests who prefer lighter pressure.

Facials are built around Dr. Schwab products, which the spa describes as all-natural. The Signature Facial is a one-hour treatment that can be adjusted to all skin types and includes skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, facial massage, a mask, and sunscreen and moisturizer. Other options include a Gentleman's Facial for shaving-related skin concerns, an O2 Facial with oxygen infusion, an exfoliating Oxygen Facial with a choice of two treatments, a Dermaplane Facial, a Hydra-Dermabrasion Facial, and a Couple's Signature Facial in separate rooms at the same time. Shorter Mini and Back Facials are also listed. The Oxygen Facial is not recommended for sensitive skin. Add-ons include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, high frequency for acne and breakouts, and an anti-aging hyaluronic serum.

Packages combine several services into one visit, with names such as the Premier Package and the Vice President Package. Some include an ionic body detox, a sauna session, hot towels and an Infra-Slim Body Wrap, which uses far infrared technology and is 50 minutes long. The spa asks guests with heart trouble, high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes or other medical conditions to check with a doctor before the wrap. Memberships come in a basic annual plan and a monthly VIP plan. VIP members receive one 60-minute deep tissue or Swedish massage each month, and members earn one point per dollar spent, with 700 points redeemable for a free 60-minute body massage. Points do not expire, and benefits apply only at the location where they were purchased.

Booking can be done online or by calling or texting the salon, and clients can ask for a specific therapist. An appointment is not confirmed until a text or email confirmation arrives. Changes or cancellations need to be made by call or text at least three hours ahead, and no-shows are charged half the service price. Clients who arrive late get a five-minute grace period, after which the massage is shortened. Credit cards are not charged until the visit, and payment is taken at the front desk after service. Tap-to-pay is not accepted. Select services are $5 off when paid in cash, though that discount does not apply to facial add-ons. Gratuity is not included in menu prices, and general guidelines are 15 to 20 percent.
