The studio's approach is intentional hair design, with cuts and color planned around each client's daily life, hair texture and routine. Color and cuts are shaped to grow out well, so clients can decide when they want to come back. The studio says the aim is hair that fits into a client's lifestyle rather than adding upkeep to it.
A visit usually begins with a consultation for most color services and transformations. Karli asks about daily routine, how much time the client spends on their hair, drying habits and how often they would like to return. Haircut appointments do not need a separate consultation. New clients complete a new client form before booking, and any photos shared through that form are seen only by Karli during consultation planning and are not posted publicly.
Signature cuts usually take about an hour. Custom color appointments run from about three to five hours or more, depending on the work involved, such as a large correction or transformation. Highlights and balayage are placed for a soft grow-out rather than harsh lines, and formulas are chosen to enhance a client's natural tones.
The studio requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. The business also shares client work on Instagram under @allbeautyhairstudio.
