Booking requires a deposit. Clients have a 15-minute grace period after their appointment time; arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a $15 late fee, and very late arrivals that cut into the schedule may need to be rebooked. Rescheduling with less than 6 hours' notice requires a new deposit for the new time. Guests and children are not allowed during appointments unless approved in advance.
The salon does not work over sets or services done by other nail artists. Removing another artist's set is a separate service with its own fee and must be booked ahead; clients who arrive with another artist's set and have not booked a removal may need to rebook.
Hours are closed on Mondays. Tuesday through Thursday the salon is open 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; and Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The phone number is (980) 729-2977.
