The menu covers silk presses and blowouts, relaxer packages, a formaldehyde-free smoothing treatment that is curl-safe, sew-in take downs and maintenance, and sew-in and luxury K-Tip installs. Bridal styling is offered on site. Returning clients can book a quicker silk out, while new clients are asked to book the deluxe silk out, which includes a precision trim and a deep steam treatment. Add-ons such as gloss, scalp detox, trims and hair masks are booked alongside a main service.

Because the space is limited, guests cannot join clients during services, and services are not offered to children under 12. Hair should be free of braids and detangled before protective-style appointments, and excessive detangling may carry a fee. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 25% late cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows are charged 75% of the scheduled service. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies, and the stylist may cancel if a client is 15 or more minutes late. Clients who repeatedly cancel the same day lose online booking and must place a 50% retainer for future bookings. Prices may change without notice, and payments are accepted.
