Extension work is a major part of the menu. A consultation of about 30 minutes covers options, color matching, length, pricing and at-home care, and its fee is waived when the client books. Installs start at $1,500 and take about four hours with a $500 deposit; they include cutting and blending, color for both the extensions and natural hair, styling, and Goldielocks products. Hand-tied move-ups come in one row ($150, 90 minutes) or two rows ($300, 135 minutes), each with a $50 deposit, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair. Halo baths start at $50 and can be dropped off or done during an appointment, while a 60-minute style class shows clients how to blend halos and extensions.

Custom color is a four-hour service starting at $475, with a $75 deposit deducted on the day. Toner and cut is $170 for about 75 minutes and includes a customized toner or gloss, shampoo, cut and style. Women's cuts are $90 for an hour, and men's cuts are $65 for 45 minutes with shampoo, a neck massage, cut and style. Bang trims and neck clean-ups are $5 each and free for existing clients. During color processing, clients can add whitening strips, red light therapy or vibration plate therapy, each a 10-minute add-on at a variable price. The eye mask add-on uses Rhode Peptide Eye Prep hydrogel patches, and the salon notes that eye patch results are temporary and vary by person.

Blowouts start at $75 and take 45 minutes, done with shampoo, round brushes and products. The Glam Style formal look is $100 for 45 minutes and uses hot tools, and on-site styling is $155. The Blowout Membership costs $95 a month and includes four blowouts, one toner refresh, 10% off retail, a complimentary scalp massage, priority booking and customized styling. Membership benefits apply automatically when a member books on the services page and checks out in store. The salon says the membership saves clients $475.

Services are booked online through the salon's booking page. A hair consultation is 45 minutes for $50, waived when a client books, and VIP timing is $100 for 60 minutes plus $100 an hour for bookings outside regular salon hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full total and cannot book future appointments. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday from 1 PM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 1 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.
