The massage menu includes a Swedish-blend Relaxation Massage offered from 45 to 120 minutes, and a deep tissue Recovery Massage that may draw on shiatsu, myofascial release, sports massage and heat therapy. Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a light-pressure session, and Prenatal Massage is set up with a face-down cushion with a belly cutout or in a side-lying position. Couples massage is also available. Sessions can be tailored by combining several massage methods to suit each guest's needs and preferences. Enhancements such as mud wrap, balms, hot stones, body butter and cupping can be added to any session without extra time.

On the skin side, the facial menu includes a 60-minute botanical Black Currant Facial, a customized City Life Facial with extractions and a mud mask, a Head to Toe Glow with foot work, and an Anti-Aging Stem Cell Facial with extractions and a red wine peel. An AHA/BHA 30 peel is offered on its own or as a package of three. The HydraFacial menu covers Signature, Deluxe (Brighten, Clarifying, Firm, JLo Beauty and Restore), and Lymphatic options, with body versions for the back and neck. The HydraScalp with Keravive treatment combines massage, LED light therapy and a take-home spray, and is available as one session or in multi-session packages. Lip, eye and foot treatments and red, blue or combined LED light therapy can be added to facials.

Sound therapy, reiki and pranic healing are offered as separate or blended sessions, and breathwork, yoga and sound bath meditation can be arranged by phone for couples and groups. Detox infrared sauna sessions seat four people, though the spa notes they are most comfortable for one or two, and they can be booked alone or added to a service. The spa says its sauna supports detoxification, relaxation, pain relief and skin health. The vibration plate is not suitable for pregnant clients or people prone to vertigo, and clients with medical conditions are asked to check with a doctor first. Bookings require a call or online request, the listed hours run daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Gift certificates can be used toward any service.
