The menu centers on lash services: a Wet Set, a Hybrid Set, and a Volume Set, each priced differently and taking between about two and two and a half hours. A Wet Set refill at two weeks takes about an hour and forty-five minutes. A lash lift and tint can be added on, taking about an hour.

The studio also teaches. The Beginner Lash Course costs $950 and runs about eight hours over two days. It covers classic lash application and removal, isolation, lash mapping, lash health and safety, and marketing tips, and includes certification, a starter kit, and ongoing support. Booking the course is a request: the studio contacts the client to confirm dates, and nothing is charged at the time of booking.

Hygiene is part of the routine. The studio disinfects all workplace surfaces and disinfects between clients, and it uses disposable supplies. Parking, Wi-Fi, a handwashing station, and credit card payment are available on site.
