Services are grouped into hair-included appointments, which cover HD lace wig units and frontal or closure sew-ins with hair supplied, and install-only appointments, where the client brings their own hair. Install-only prices are listed with hair not included.

Maintenance is part of the offering. Lace touch-ups, which include removing the frontal, washing, reapplying it, styling, and re-tightening bundles for sew-in installs, are recommended every two to three weeks. Baby hair maintenance can be booked up to one week after the original appointment, and wig restoration includes a deep wash, conditioning, trim, and a choice of straightening.

Booking details: hair and install appointments take a 50% deposit to hold the appointment time, date, and hair preference. Payment can be split into installments through Klarna or Affirm. Every appointment includes a complimentary wash and condition, which does not need to be selected at booking. For hair-included appointments, hair choices are made at the bottom of the booking page.
