The salon says it reads what hair is signaling, explains those signals to clients, and helps them build a routine they can keep up at home. New clients can start with a free hair quiz that leads to a four-week hair plan, or take a separate style quiz. The New Client Healthy Hair Reset for first visits includes a consultation, a customized cleanse and treatment, a finished style, a maintenance trim and guidance for care at home.
Extension installs require a consultation first, and the salon does not service extensions installed by another provider. Extension hair is not included in install services and can be purchased through the website. Prep Shampoo is available for clients whose hair is being readied for braids or installs done by another stylist. Services are not rushed, and any service not listed in a service description is not included, so questions are best raised before an appointment.
Appointments are booked through the online booking page. Recurring appointments can be set on a fixed day and time within 30 days and are booked for one year unless canceled. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and a card is charged a $35 fee for no-shows or cancellations made within that window. The salon commits to starting each client within 15 minutes of arrival, though delays can occur and clients are then called 30 minutes to an hour ahead. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late need to reschedule or cancel. Before-hours and after-hours appointments carry an additional $100 fee on top of the service price and are requested by calling and asking for VIP service.
