Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles are offered as full sets or fills, with clients usually returning every two to three weeks. Full classic sets are listed at about 1 hour 20 minutes, volume at about 1 hour 30 minutes, and mega volume at about 1 hour 45 minutes. The Yumi Lash Lift, a keratin-based treatment that lifts, curls and tints natural lashes for up to three months, can be booked alone or as the Yumi Combo with a brow lift in one appointment. Lash extension removal is also offered.

Brow services range from waxing and tweezing to henna-based shaping. Brow Architecture cleans, shapes and tints brows with natural henna in about an hour, and Henna Brows provide tinting without waxing or shaping. The Yumi Brow Lift and Yumi Brow Lamination hold brows in shape for six to eight weeks, but they need existing brow hair and cannot be done on brows henna-tinted or dyed at home in the past six months. Face hair removal of the upper lip, chin or cheeks is also offered.

The skin care menu includes diamond microdermabrasion, a painless, non-invasive exfoliating treatment using a diamond tip. Face-only sessions take about 30 minutes and face-and-neck sessions about 45. A typical course is six to ten treatments scheduled seven to fourteen days apart. Oxygen infusion, LED light therapy and a light chemical peel or enzyme mask can be added to a visit or booked on their own. The Signature KBS Face Renewal is a multi-service session of about a couple of hours, with pricing given on request. Makeup lessons are also listed among the studio's offerings.

Booking works by appointment Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed. A card is required to book and is held on file rather than charged as a deposit, and cancellations need at least 24 business hours' notice. Full payment is due after each service, by credit card, cash or Venmo. Appointment reminders go out by text, email or phone. A free consultation is offered to talk through services, and the studio recommends one for patch tests, for clients with existing lashes, or for meeting the owner first. A referral program gives discounts on the next visit, and gift cards are sold, including e-gift cards.

Lash services are tailored to the client's chosen look, face shape and natural lashes. Skin treatments are chosen after a skin assessment, and the studio uses only the very superficial category of chemical peels alongside enzyme peels.
