New guests begin by submitting a New Guest Form. Within 48 hours, Tuesday through Friday, a booking link and the service to book arrive by text. After a request is reviewed, a confirmation text follows, and a reminder by text or email comes 48 hours before the visit, asking the client to confirm. Clients park in the front lot, enter through the front door of the brick building, and find the studio room as the second door on the left.

The first visit opens with a consultation about hair history and goals, followed by a plan for keeping the look up between appointments. Every service includes Olaplex, an essential oil hot towel and a haircut. Color is priced with a system called Salon Scale, which weighs the color product so clients pay only for what is used. Laptops and headphones are welcome, and a snack bar and fridge with sodas and bottled water are available.

Luxury extensions start with a Luxury Extension Application, then an in-person consultation covering cost and upkeep. The investment depends on current hair and goal hair. Invisible Bead Extensions use silicone beads and string, and the number of rows depends on whether a client wants volume, length, or both. One row of 18-inch adds volume without length. Two rows of 18-inch can add length, volume, or both, and two rows of 22-inch start higher. The salon describes two rows as the most requested option. Every new install comes with a swag bag of care products. The studio notes that these extensions may suit people with postpartum hair loss, busy mornings, fine or flat hair, growing out a cut, or wanting pops of color. A complimentary 30-minute Invisible Bead Extensions consultation covers volume, length and questions.

Color services include partial and full custom blonding, each with a root tap or melt and a gloss to shift tone. Partial blonding brightens the face, sides and top and takes about 3 hours 15 minutes. Full blonding also brightens the back and takes about 4 hours. Custom dimensional brunette goes darker overall while keeping dimension with a gloss, without lightener, in about 3 hours 30 minutes. For existing guests, a base color and refresh covers gray or natural hair up to half an inch, followed by a gloss, in about 2 hours 15 minutes.

Scalp and hair health come first and are not compromised. Each guest gets a custom plan, and the aim is a safe, open space for conversation.
