Every service begins with a consultation so the treatment fits the client's goals. Listed prices are a starting guide, and the final service is customized at that consultation. First-time clients get a 20-minute consultation to talk through goals and plan the visit. A complimentary consultation is recommended before a first permanent makeup session. The salon says it uses single-use supplies, sanitized tools and a private treatment room, and describes its products as premium.

Brow services include shaping with wax, lamination with shaping, and the Goddess brow bundle, which combines a lamination, brow mapping with wax, a deep conditioning treatment and a choice of tint or stain. Lamination maintenance is suggested about four weeks after a lamination.
