A visit includes complimentary WiFi, beverages, a dressing room, and dressing robes for color clients, and groups are encouraged to book together. Consultations are recommended for new clients and required before color correction, extensions, permanent waves, keratin, and bridal services. Every service is priced separately, so add-ons such as a glaze or a haircut with a highlight are charged on their own. Tools and brushes are cleaned and sanitized after each client.
The color menu spans single process, foiled, partial and full highlight, and color refresh options, plus organic color services and corrective work that is priced after a consultation. Keratin and permanent wave services, Express Keratin for frizz, and on-location wedding and event styling round out the menu.
Payment is accepted in cash, Venmo, and credit cards, with a 3.5% convenience fee on card and Venmo payments. Gratuity is not included in prices and can be given in cash or sent by Venmo directly to the stylist. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead carry no fee, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a percentage of the service price.
