Brow work is the core of the menu. Options include a simpler shaping for clients 16 and younger, a standard wax or tweeze with fill-in product, and tinting or henna that lasts up to 4 to 6 weeks. Brow lamination, a brow lift and perm, is offered in several versions, with or without wax and tint, and typically lasts around 4 to 6 weeks. Facial waxing covers the forehead, upper lip, chin, sideburns and full face, and can be combined with a brow wax. New clients take longer at their first visit, and the consultation is where they choose between tweezing and waxing.

Booking requires a deposit, which ranges from $5 to $100 depending on the service. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved if the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows forfeit the deposit and must pay a new one to rebook. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
