Manicures include a hygienic option that uses e-file bits to clean and refine the cuticles with no polish, a service with Russian-style cuticle work, shaping and gel polish for extensions with Gel-X or hard gel, and a hard gel overlay that includes one color with extra colors available. Pedicures are built around e-file work that removes dead skin, corns and calluses, with a gel polish option. Clients with major heel cracks are asked to add the Heel Renewal Treatment when booking a pedicure.
Brow services cover shaping, lamination with or without tint, tinting in a shade chosen for the client, and waxing. Additional services include repair for one to two broken or damaged nails, removal of hard gel, acrylic or dip powder using the e-file technique, red light therapy, and hand spa and hand massage.
The studio says it uses high-quality products, current techniques, and high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Kalina Nail School offers online learning, hands-on Russian manicure and pedicure training, and a hybrid program for Virginia nail technician licensing. School staff speak English, Russian and Ukrainian, and Spanish-language services are available on request.
Gift cards can be bought online in set amounts or a custom value. They are non-refundable, never expire, and can be used in the studio for any service. Calls and texts to the business line may be answered by an AI assistant called MORGOSE, which identifies itself as the salon's assistant.
