Kali has a 23-year career, and the Pumpkin Peel has been a staple of that work. The salon describes the upgrade as award-winning. It is added to a service as a 10-minute add-on for $38.

Facials are customized to each client's skin. The Euro facial is a 60-minute option that combines steam cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, masking, hydration and sun protection, with aromatherapy. Clarify is a 60-minute deep pore cleansing facial for breakout-prone skin, Oxygen Rx uses a high-pressure oxygen machine, and Rejuv is a 75-minute anti-aging facial.

Peel work goes beyond the standard menu. The Custom Peel is a corrective program that begins with a consultation, which sets the number of sessions and the pre and post care. Single sessions are available, and packages can be arranged. Foot peels are also offered, and peeling may begin three to seven days after application.

Clients are asked to remove makeup before a session if needed, though the salon removes it during cleansing. Jewelry should be taken off before treatment, and a spa gown is provided. Phones should be silenced. Sessions end at the booked time, and late clients still pay the full price. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; less notice or a no-show is charged 50% of the service price. Clients should disclose medications and allergies on intake forms, and Retin-A, Accutane and Renova are not recommended before waxing or facials. Tipping is optional. Payment is accepted in cash, Venmo, major cards, Samsung Pay and Apple Pay, and bookings can be made online, by phone or text, or through the Vagaro app.

Treatments are customized and results-focused, with ingredients chosen for skin health, and clients are encouraged to attend to diet, hygiene and time for mental rest.
