Extension clients can choose from natural lash sets, which take about two hours and fifteen minutes, or Artistry sets, which take about three hours. Artistry styles include wispy hybrid, wispy volume, mega-volume, strip-look and regular volume, while natural sets come in classic, basic hybrid and wet styles. Standard refills are booked two to three weeks after the last visit and need 40% to 50% of lashes still in place. Extended refills are booked three to four weeks out and must be confirmed with Eli first. For clients who want a lift without extensions, the Korean or traditional lash lift with tint curls and tints natural lashes, takes about an hour and forty-five minutes, and lasts six to eight weeks.

The academy runs a range of courses. A four-day beginner program covers classic, hybrid, volume and mega-volume lashing along with business basics, pricing and a professional photoshoot, and can be taken over four consecutive days or as two two-day sessions. Shorter options include a two-day classic course, a one-day volume and mega-volume course, a one-day lash mapping and wispy styling course, a two-day advanced master course, a one-day lash lift and tint course, and several lash lift and wet set workshops. Course fees are listed individually, and most include a certificate of completion, with some offering mentorship calls or student discounts on supplies.

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice are free. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, while no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Clients are responsible for cancelling their own appointments, and same-day cancellations should be reported by direct message or text.

The studio focuses on fitting lash styles to each client's eye shape and lash preferences, and the academy is built around hands-on training and continued mentorship after a course ends.
