Services are grouped into acrylic and powder work, manicures and pedicures, waxing, kids services and add-ons. Acrylic and powder sets start at $45 for a fill with gel color and $55 for a full set, and SNS or dip powder overlays start at $50. Pedicures are built around five named Kaito's packages, from the Signature at $35 to the Diamond at $90, each with its own soak, scrub, massage or treatment steps.
The space is described as clean, stylish and welcoming. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Clients can have a complimentary soft drink (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Pepsi or bottled water), and clients 21 or older with valid ID may have one alcoholic drink per visit, choosing from sweet Moscato, Chardonnay, sweet red or Pinot Noir.
Nail extensions gradually wear down, sooner with frequent water or cleaning-chemical exposure, so the salon recommends a fill every two to three weeks. Regular polish may last up to three days and gel polish is guaranteed up to two weeks, depending on the situation. Concerns about a service should be raised within 48 hours; a problem caused by application or product error is fixed as a complimentary express touch-up. Services and products are not refunded. A one-week guarantee covers treatments and products, but it does not apply if the nails were serviced by another salon or non-recommended products were used.
