New clients can book a free consultation before their first service to talk through hair goals and hair history, and the appointment plan grows from that conversation. Every visit includes beverages and snacks, and clients are welcome to bring a book or a laptop or suggest music to play through the stylist's own speaker. The studio aims to be an easygoing space where people leave feeling at ease and more confident about their hair.

Blonding is the main draw. A full highlight is a custom foil placement for a bold blonde, finished with toner and a blow-dry style, and takes about three hours; clients typically book it two to three times a year. Platinum blonde work starts with bleach at the root and includes toning and styling. A face frame adds foils around the hairline and part, followed by toner and a blowout. Toner refreshes faded color or cancels unwanted tones in blondes. Root touch-ups cover about two inches of regrowth and can darken gray regrowth, and they can be paired with a cut.

Hair extensions are offered using weft and tip methods or K-tip methods. Extension booking starts with a consultation covering method, length and hair order, and pricing depends on the method and length chosen. Weft and tip extensions need maintenance every six to eight weeks and last roughly six to twelve months depending on care. K-tip extensions need maintenance every three to four months and are replaced each time.

Booking policies: the studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 to 8:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise a charge of 50% per cancelled service applies and must be paid before rebooking. Clients more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule, and that appointment is cancelled with a cancellation fee. Concerns about a service should be raised within seven days of the appointment.
