Color is the core of the work. The booking page highlights blonding, balayage, lived-in color and total transformations. Options run from single process new growth and all-over color to partial and full custom highlights, lowlights and balayage, and transformation blonding or color. Between full color visits, clients can book gloss refreshes, color melts that blend grey without covering it, or mini foil maintenance highlights. Large changes may take several appointments.
Cuts include long layered styles and short shapes such as pixies, bixies and bobs, with a customized haircut priced the same for every cut. Blow outs, extension blow outs and a keratin smoothing treatment are also offered. Kaitlyn also works with curly and wavy textures and with fine hair or hair loss, and will advise on which style suits each client.
Pricing is set from product cost and the stylist's skill, and the cost is discussed at the consultation. The base price changes only if more product is needed; each extra bowl of color, lightener or gloss adds $25, and a partial bowl costs less. Starting prices and service times are estimates for standard appointments. A free 15-minute consultation covers hair history and goals. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price, and clients unhappy with a service can reach out within 7 days for an adjustment. The suite has no extra seating for guests.
