Kairopractic Skin Inc was founded in July 2021 by Jennifer, a licensed esthetician and skin health specialist who has worked as an esthetician since 2018. Her earlier work spans national spa chains, dedicated waxing centers and medical aesthetics settings, and the studio combines those experiences in one place at 675 Santa Lucia Ave in San Bruno.

The menu is organized into body waxing, facial waxing, facials, facial services and add-ons, peels, lashes, and other waxing services. Body waxing runs from small areas such as chest strips, nipples and toes, at $15, up to full legs at $100. Facial waxing starts at $10 for the nose area. The vajacial and Brazilian services are listed for women's anatomy only.

Booking involves a deposit: for services of $50 and up it is half the service price, sent by Zelle within an hour of booking, and a card must be kept on file for no-show protection. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice made through the booking site, and a client arriving more than seven minutes late cannot be serviced. Waxing requires a signed consent form, guests are not allowed in the treatment room, and payment is due in full at the end of the visit by cash (exact change) or Zelle. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine before appointments and moisturiser on the day of a wax, and to book a vajacial at least 72 hours after a wax.

The business says it aims to offer results-driven, welcoming care. Prices are subject to change without notice, refunds are not given for services or products, and shop orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Treatments are tailored to each client, and peels and advanced treatments are booked only after the esthetician approves the client.
