Booking requires a $45 deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit goes toward the service total, but it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours ahead. A cancellation made later than that forfeits the deposit, which cannot be applied to a future visit.
Color and extension services need a consultation before they are approved. For extension services, the client supplies the hair.
Both clients and stylists have a 10-minute grace period. If either is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment has to be rebooked.
