The lash menu covers four extension styles: Classic/Mink, which places one extension on one natural lash; Volume, which uses small fans of two or more extensions; Hybrid, which mixes the two with fans of two to six lashes; and MEGA Volume, which uses fans of about six to ten lightweight extensions and which the business describes as its fullest look. Lash lifts, with or without tint, and lift-and-extension combinations are also offered. Full sets, fill overs and refills are priced separately, and refills need at least half of the lashes to remain; otherwise the visit is charged as a full set. Regular and Korean eyelash lifts are both available. First-time clients are offered special pricing on certain full sets.
Brow services include shaping and waxing, semi-permanent tinting, and eyebrow lamination, which sets brow hairs in a defined direction and shape and includes brow cleaning. Lamination can be added to a lash service or a facial. Facials include the Signature HydroGlow Deluxe Facial, which the business calls its most popular and best-value facial, as well as a customized skin rejuvenating facial, glycolic and TCA peels, and microdermabrasion.
Makeup services cover event makeup, bridal trials, bridal and bridal party makeup, touch-ups and on-location work for half or full days. KAI also offers training in lash extensions, lash lift and tint, brow lamination and makeup, ranging from a one-on-one makeup lesson to group and multi-day courses. New clients pay a $20 deposit that counts toward the service, and slots are not held until it is paid. A $30 fee applies when a client arrives 15 minutes or more late and can still be seen. On-location makeup requires a $100 deposit.
