A new client can book a free 45-minute in-person consultation with a test strand before committing to a service. Clients who are new to the studio complete a New Client Color Consultation Form, and three required forms are filled out through the studio's Linktree, either before or after booking. The studio does not take late-afternoon or evening consultations.

Color services are the main focus. Color correction is charged at $75 per hour, with a minimum of four hours, and a $150 deposit is required for it. Because the suite is small, extra guests are not allowed during appointments. An extra product fee of $15 or more may apply when additional product is needed for full coverage.

Haircuts and styling round out the menu. The Haute Bombshell Cut is a layered cut with a detailed blow-dry, and the Bundle adds a deep conditioning treatment and a clear shine gloss. Clients with long or thick hair should mention this when booking, since the cut needs extra time.
