New clients are asked to pay a deposit before some appointments: $10 for a consultation or blow out, $15 for a haircut or toner and glaze, $50 for a partial balayage, and $75 for a full balayage or keratin treatment. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Clients should cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the service and forfeit any deposit, though the studio may waive the late-cancellation charge for a warranted excuse. A no-show is charged the full price of the service.
The keratin smoothing treatment uses Keratin Complex. The studio describes the results as lasting four to six months with proper maintenance.
