Facials follow a tiered menu. The Kadyn Signature is a 60-minute facial that opens with a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation and a mask chosen for the client's concerns, and finishes with scalp and decollete and shoulder massage. The Renewal Lab (75 minutes) adds one modality such as dermaplaning, oxygen treatment, a GlyMed peptide peel or a firming peptide mask. The Advanced Lab (90 minutes) adds two customized modalities, which can include HydroFacial. The Hydro Lab is a 60-minute hydrodermabrasion facial, and The Quick Refresh is a 30-minute enzyme or dermaplaning session with hydration.

The Acne Bootcamp is a program for inflamed and non-inflamed acne that pairs professional treatments with a home care routine. The intro session (75 minutes, $160) includes a skin consultation, skin analysis, identification of acne type, education and a customized plan. Clients who buy the full home care routine at that visit receive 50% off the intro session. Follow-up sessions run 45 minutes for $120 and are usually booked every two to four weeks. Clients can also prepay for three months ($450) or six months ($850) of chemical peels after the intro visit.

Brow and lash services include brow mapping, waxing, lamination and tinting, a lamination refresh offered three to four weeks after a lamination, a Korean lash lift with tint, and a combined brow and lash appointment. Microblading is offered as a standalone 3-hour appointment, with a deposit that counts toward the total, and a touch-up done six weeks after the first session. Gift cards are available, and the gift card page includes a balance check.

Facials and brow and lash services are customized to each client. The salon describes its facials as a relaxing experience combined with treatments aimed at results.
