The color menu includes root touch-ups, full color, highlights in partial or full versions, and a refresh option that is priced at the appointment. Grey coverage with highlights is available as an add-on, along with an extra ounce of color and a haircut paired with color. Treatments include a KeraRx keratin service, a K18 treatment or mask add-on, and a scalp detox with styling. Women's haircuts with styling round out the list.
The salon describes the products it uses as vegan, non-toxic and eco-friendly. Each visit starts with a conversation about what the client wants and an assessment of hair and scalp health before any color or treatment is planned.
Reservations require a valid credit card kept on file. Clients without a card on file pay a 20% deposit at booking, which goes toward the service total at checkout and is non-refundable. A deposit can move to a new time if the change is made at least 48 hours ahead, and only one transfer is allowed. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service.
Color and treatment work is planned around each client's goals and routine, after a consultation, in an unhurried setting, using products described as vegan, non-toxic and eco-friendly.
