K Unique Styles

K Unique Styles operates from Suite A 103 at 8501 Tower Point Drive in Charlotte. Clients enter through the second set of double doors, marked 8501-A.

The menu is organized into service groups, including braided styles, crochet styles, twisted styles, natural styles, ponytails, updos, extension services, relaxer services, and the Silk Press collection. Hair color, tinting, waxing, conditioning, and wash-and-style services are also listed, along with a recurring Wine Down Wednesday specials group and consultations for planning a style.

Booking is structured around a deposit. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures every appointment, and it does not transfer after 45 days. Clients may reschedule up to two times; after a second reschedule the deposit is forfeited and a new one is needed to rebook. Style changes and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service, and payment is due immediately after the service is finished.

Appointments carry a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment unless the salon confirms otherwise. Same-day cancellations are charged the full service amount, and clients who cancel without calling and do not show are blocked from booking future services.

For braided and weaved styles, hair must arrive washed, blown out, and free of products, including oils, grease, and leave-in conditioners. A wash can be added in advance for an extra fee, but not on the day of the appointment. Hair is not included unless a particular style states otherwise, so clients bring all the hair they need. Children and extra guests are not permitted during services.
